How long will my delivery take to arrive?
We try our best to aim for 2 week delivery on standard gates and sizes. This can be longer for bespoke colours and sizes.
How do I check the delivery status of my order?
We provide our own delivery service, so you will be contacted prior to delivery. Our delivery driver will contact you a day before expected delivery date to confirm a more precise time.
Will I be notified when my order has been dispatched?
Yes. You will be contacted when your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you. Our delivery driver will contact you a day before expected delivery date to confirm a more precise time.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery in England is free. We can deliver outside of England within the UK and can provide you with a quote depending on location.
How do I pay for my order?
The simplest way to purchase your gates is by using check-out service on this website.
Can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind for any reason on the purchase of your gate and would like to cancel or amend your order, please contact-us and let us know immediately.
I've received my order, but don't want it anymore and would like a refund. How do I do this?
If this is the case please contact us and let us know.
As long as it is a standard gate, in its original packaging and not damaged, we can collect the items and provide a refund less any administrative and restocking fees.
My gate has arrived damaged. What do I do?
Every effort will be made to deliver your gates securely and without damage, but in the unlikely event that any of the parts are damaged when you receive them, please contact-us and let us know so that we can put things right for you as quickly as possible.
